Jefferson Bass - The Devil's Bones

The new Jefferson Bass novel "The Devil's Bones" comes out in stores February 5th! B97.5 is hosting an incredible event to celebrate the release! Join us for "An Evening with Jefferson Bass" to benefit Friends of Literacy! This event includes a nice dinner, a silent auction, live entertainment and a presentation by Dr. Bill Bass, forensic anthropologist and creator of The Body Farm, and Jon Jefferson, author of the body farm novels.

Tickets are $50.00 each and be purchased on PayPal via www.b975.com or you may call 865-525-6000 to purchase over the phone.

All profits from this event will benefit Friends of Literacy. Over 10,000 people in Knox County cannot read. Friends of Literacy is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1991 to support the delivery of high quality literacy and related services to adults and families in Knox County who are inadequately educated for the challenges of daily life. Working in partnership with area adult education providers, our goal is to help provide basic education and life-skill training to help our students become better workers, parents, and citizens.

  3. My friend, Jan Tobler & I attended the event with Bass & Jefferson. It was very enjoyable! I thoroughly enjoy reading their books. The silent auction made it more entertaining, since we were bidding on many of the items and won three. Thank you for all of your efforts coordinating this event with the Friends of Literacy.
